All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and you see all totals before committing to buy.
- England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland: £15.99 per delivery
- Highlands & Islands: £29.00 per delivery
- Republic of Ireland: £29.00 per delivery
- Rest of the World: Price for delivery on application
We offer free shipping on UK orders over £500.
How quickly do you Deliver orders?
Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 5 - 8 working days from receipt of your order. However in exceptional circumstances Delivery may take up to 35 days though we will endeavour to dispatch all items as quickly as possible. Custom made furniture can take up-to 5 weeks. Each product listed as Custom Made will have a lead time featured on the product page itself.
Although we state the times above, to protect ourselves and give you realistic timescales, we do endeavour to have your goods delivered as fast as possible.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered?
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by email and give you an estimated delivery time for the item. If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
Returns
Returned Goods
Goods will be accepted back for credit only with the express permission of Zizy Office. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery.
Made-to-order items cannot be accepted back in to stock.
If you decide to cancel your made-to-order product for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. Zizy Office will therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price - this applies to all made to order products when the order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing the order.
Made to order products cannot be returned after delivery.
Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Zizy Office. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.
